- Is this a sit-in coach tour?

No. Much more than just the usual sit-in coach tour, you’ll not only move around on board the fun Open Top Double Decker Bus, you’ll be spending as much time walking and getting up close with the major sights and sounds. Altogether, expect an in-depth exploration of the famous places of interest by night.
- Can I just hop-on?

- How do I purchase tickets for the Night City Tours?

You can book online via this website or call our guest hotline at (+65) 6338 6877 from 9am-7pm daily for bookings and reservations. For collection of your tickets, please head over to our DUCK & HiPPO counter located at Suntec Shopping Mall (#01-330) with your E-Receipt.
- Can I purchase tickets for the Night City Tours when I’m in Singapore?

Yes, you can. Call +65 6338-6877 to make a Night City Tour booking. Flag down a Red or Brown TOPless Bus at any designated bus stop, hop on and provide the Captain with your confirmation code for a FREE transfer to Suntec City. The FREE transfer is only available for guests with a Night City Tours reservation.
If you'd prefer to buy it at our counters, we do have a number of retail points in Singapore, including airport terminals and the city centre. You’ll be directed to Suntec Tourist Hub for your ticket redemption and to begin your tour.

- Are advance reservations required for the Night Tours?

We strongly recommend that you make advance reservations to avoid disappointment as bookings are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Call us at (+65) 6338 6877 between 9am-7pm daily to confirm your spaces.
- Where is the boarding point of the Night Tours?

The Night City Tours begin at Suntec City, where the DUCK & HiPPO Hub is located.
- What time does the Night City Tours start?

The Night City Tours start at 6.30pm every evening and departs from Suntec City. Guests are requested to meet at our DUCK and HiPPO counter at Suntec at least half hour before tour time (i.e 6pm).
- What happens if it rains?

The Night Tours are rain or shine programmes, which means we will proceed as planned in the event of rain. Guests are strongly encouraged to bring an umbrella for the tours.Otherwise, ponchos are available for sale at our Hub.
- What is the tour itinerary for the HiPPO Night City Tours?

The itinerary you can expect is as follows:
Flyer Food Trail > Gardens by the Bay > Marina Bay > Clarke Quay > Orchard Road.
- Am I entitled to a FREE bus transfer to Suntec Tourist Hub to catch the Night Tours?

- My hotel is along Orchard Road. May I request for the Bus Captain to alight me there when the Tour has ended?

Sure. Just inform our friendly bus captain before starting your tour and he will take note of your stop before returning to Suntec City.
- Do I enjoy savings on the add-on tours?

Yes, you do. As long as you’ve purchased tickets to either Night Tours, you get to enjoy exclusive discounts/offers on additional purchases. In short, the more you tour, the more you save!
- Can I change my tour date after booking is made?

Certainly. We are happy to change your tour date (as long as you notify us at least 1 day before your current tour date) but please note that due to limited capacities, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
